Joining or posting in this group does not create a client relationship and does not mean we have received confidential tax or accounting information from you.
What we can see
Because this is a Facebook group, admins and members can see what Facebook already makes visible in the group, including:
Your Facebook name and profile photo (as you have set them)
Posts, comments, reactions, and files you choose to share in the group
Membership in the group
We do not ask you to post Social Security numbers, bank details, tax returns, login credentials, client lists, or other sensitive financial documents in this group. Please do not share those items here.
What we do not collect in this group
We do not use this group to collect:
Tax returns or supporting documents
Bank, credit card, or payroll data
Social Security numbers or government ID numbers
Passwords or portal credentials
Information about other people without their involvement
If you become a client, sensitive information is handled through our secure client processes—not through Facebook.
How we use group information

A note on confidentiality
As CPAs, we take professional confidentiality seriously for clients. This Facebook group is different. General comments you post here are not protected the same way a signed engagement and a secure client file are. If a question involves your personal numbers, entity structure, or documents, message us privately or use our normal intake process instead of posting details in the group.
Your choices
You can:
Adjust your Facebook privacy settings at any time
Leave the group
Edit or delete your own posts and comments (subject to Facebook’s tools)
Ask an admin to remove a post you no longer want visible
Email us if you want us to review something you posted that you now consider too personal
Leaving the group does not automatically erase prior posts from Facebook’s systems. Use Facebook’s tools first; then contact us if you need help with something we control as admins.
Security
We use Facebook’s built-in admin tools and keep admin access limited to people who need it to run the group. No platform is perfectly private. Do not post anything in the group that you would not be comfortable other members seeing.
